When it comes to apartment rentals, there are a lot of questions that you need answered. There are the basics such as what is the monthly rent cost, where the place is located, how many bedrooms you have in an apartment, and will I have a parking spot.   • Are your apartments pet-friendly?

    Yes, we allow pets in our apartments. Only cats and dogs are allowed in our apartments and there is a weight limit of 60 pounds. The weight limit includes the combined weight of multiple pets.

  • How many bedrooms are in each apartment?

    Cliff Creek Apartments offers spacious one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartment homes with multiple layout options to fit a variety of lifestyles and household sizes. Contact our leasing office for current availability and pricing.

  • What amenities do you offer?

    Our apartment rentals include several amenities including a 20-seat media center, a pool, fitness center, gas grills, intrusion alarms, and more. We aim to keep our valued tenants happy and comfortable when they choose our apartment rentals. 

  • Can I schedule a tour?

  • Is renter’s insurance required?

    Renter’s insurance of a minimum of $100,000 for liability coverage and $25,000 for personal property coverage is required when you rent from us. This is to protect both of us in case of an emergency.

  • Is there an application fee?

    An application fee of $50 per person is due at the time of the application submission. This is non-refundable. 


    Move-in costs vary based on the apartment selected, lease terms, and approved application details. Fees may include a security deposit, application fee, and any applicable pet fees.

  • How tall are your apartment buildings?

    Our apartments are three stories tall.

  • Do apartments have in-unit lanudry?

    Absolutely! Each apartment comes equipped with a washer and dryer in a dedicated laundry room for your convenience, making laundry day effortless and hassle-free. 

  • Is there access to a fitness center?

    Yes! Our on-site fitness center is available to all residents, offering a convenient way to stay active without leaving the property. You'll find a variety of equipment suited for different fitness levels. 

  • Do you have outdoor recreation available?

    Yes! Along with our saltwater pool and cabanas, we offer a nature trail, built-in grills, and spacious balconies or patios. These options provide plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoors without leaving the community.

  • What security features do you offer?

    Cliff Creek Apartments prioritizes safety with features like built-in intrusion alarms, a sprinkler system, and a secure storage unit option for residents. 

  • Are there planned social events for residents?

    Yes, we host planned social activities to foster community engagement and make it easy for residents to connect with their neighbors. These events are a great way to meet new people and enjoy the friendly atmosphere here. 

  • Is parking available?

    Residents have access to convenient on-site parking. Garage and storage options may also be available depending on current availability. Contact the leasing office for details.

  • How do maintenance requests work?

    Residents can submit maintenance requests through our management team. Our goal is to address maintenance concerns promptly and efficiently to keep your home comfortable.

  • Are there nearby schools, shopping, and dining options?
