Our luxury apartments right here in Fayetteville, North Carolina offer a wide range of amenities and features designed to enhance your lifestyle and provide peace and convenience. It’s essential to understand the rates and fees associated with our property to ensure they fit within your budget. Familiarize yourself with the monthly rent for either a one bedroom, two bedroom, or three bedroom apartment. Also, the fees for the security deposit, application/administrative fees, and any other recurring payments. We know pets are part of the family, which is why our community is proud to be pet friendly. Our pet fees are reasonable and included in your lease agreement. One-Bedroom - $1050 per month
Two-Bedroom - $1195 per month
Three Bedroom - $1495 per month

Storage Fee - $25
Assigned Garage Parking - $100
Cat Rent - $25; $15 for 2nd pet 
Dog Rent - $25; $15 per 2nd pet
One-Time
Reservation Fee - $199
Application Fee - $50 per adult
Cat Fee - $300; $150 nonrefundable fee for 2nd pet
Dog Fee - $300; $150 nonrefundable fee for 2nd pet
Security Deposit - $300 or up to a full month’s rent, based on credit (must be in certified funds)
